General Die Casters delivers high-quality aluminum die castings to a wide range of industries. We operate two manufacturing facilities in Twinsburg, Ohio. This includes a modern 90,000-square-foot casting expansion opened in 2015. The expansion brought our core castings and CNC machining operations together under one roof. With more than 25 casting machines ranging from 600 to 1,200 tons, plus robust in-house capabilities, we can produce castings that meet demanding requirements.

It starts with an upfront design evaluation process and flow simulations to get the tooling right, and continues with thorough documentation and structured quality systems once a program is in process.
